3-hour ride at RPE 6-7        Training via ActiveMail

RIDE FOR THREE HOURS AT RPE 6-7: Weigh yourself before and after your ride today. If you weigh less after, you've perspired away precious fluid. Drink until your weight returns to normal. A loss of even 2% of body weight as sweat can compromise your performance and feeling of well-being.
