Day 045 - Cornering

1-hour ride at RPE 6-7        Training via ActiveMail

RIDE FOR ONE HOUR AT RPE 6-7: If you feel unsteady in corners, coast and enter the corner with the outside pedal down. (If you're turning left, your right pedal is down.) Shift your weight to that pedal and tuck your other knee into the top tube of the bike. You'll be much more stable as you turn.
