Day 041 - Crosswinds

2.5-hour ride at RPE 6-8        Training via ActiveMail

RIDE FOR 2.5 HOURS AT RPE 6-8: If you're riding with a friend and there's a strong crosswind, position your bike behind the other rider and slightly to the downwind side. That's the position of maximum draft, so pedaling will be a lot easier. Don't forget to take your turn at the front!
