CONGRATULATIONS! You did it -- today is the last day of your 5K training program! If you're racing today, Coach April says: "My best advice for race day: DON'T GO OUT TOO FAST!!! Hold back the first mile -- you'll be passing them all at the finish. GOOD LUCK!" Regardless of whether you're racing today or not, you should still be very proud of yourself for finishing this 5K training program. Just enjoy the feeling of accomplishment for awhile, then start to think about your next goal.
