Day 051 - Check those tires

1-hour ride at RPE 6-7, including 3 short sprints        Training via ActiveMail

RIDE FOR ONE HOUR AT RPE 6-7 WITH THREE SHORT SPRINTS: You've ridden over 30 hours in the last month, so it's time to check your tires for wear. Examine the tires in strong light, looking for cuts in the tread or for bulging sidewalls. Tires are worn out when the tread pattern is gone and the remaining tread is worn nearly to the casing. Replace worn tires, especially on the front, because a front-tire blowout is much more likely to cause a crash than a rear-tire flat.
