Day 049 - Knee warmers

RIDE FOR 3 HOURS AND 45 MINUTES AT A VARIED PACE OF RPE 6-8: If you leave early on your ride when it's below 65 degrees, protect your knees with handy fabric sleeves called "knee warmers." They tuck under your shorts leg and extend to just below the knee. When the day warms up, the knee warmers pack easily into your seat bag or jersey pocket.
