Day 039 - Energy bar wrappers

RIDE FOR ONE HOUR AT A STEADY RPE OF 6-7: If you've tried to eat an energy bar while riding, you've probably noticed that some have wrappers that are nearly impossible to tear open. The solution: tear the wrapper before your ride so it's easier to peel off while riding. Or cut the bar, still in the wrapper, into three bite-sized pieces for easy access.
