RIDE FOR 90 MINUTES. INCLUDE SOME FASTER JAMS IN A GROUP OR ON HILLS AT RPE 8: For long mid-week rides, finding time is often a problem. You may have to split the total time into two rides. One way to do this is to bike-commute to work on a route that takes 45 minutes each way. Or you can ride for one hour early in the morning before work and 30 minutes in the evening. Remember, any of these rides can be done indoors, on a trainer or stationary bike.
