IT'S A REST DAY: If you've done any paceline riding with friends, you know how important it is to ride a straight line when you're in a group. But given the tendency of two-wheeled vehicles to wander, sticking to the straight and narrow isn't a natural skill. Practice solo on a low-traffic road by riding with your wheels on the white line near the edge of the road. A tip: don't look down at the line directly in front of your wheel. Instead, look up the road 30-50 feet. The bike is much more likely to track straight.
