Day 034 - Aero bars

RIDE FOR 45 MINUTES AT RPE 6: If you mounted aero bars on your bike for comfort and speed on long rides, remember that they aren't welcome in most pacelines. Riding in close proximity to others with your hands on the aero bars is dangerous because this position is usually less steady, and your hands are far from the brakes in case of an emergency. Either take the aero bars off for the group ride or assure your riding companions that you won't use them.
