MAKE TODAY A REST A DAY: Rain makes streets slippery, so take corners much more easily than you do in dry weather when the traction is more predictable. Roads are slickest just after it starts to rain, before the oil and dust are washed away. A tip: shift your weight to the outside pedal even more than you normally do, but don't lean the bike over as much. The tires are less likely to slip out. Also, don't make any abrupt moves. In the rain, slow and easy does it.
