RIDE FOR 90 MINUTES AT RPE 6-7: For most people, today's ride takes place during the work week and it's difficult to find a chunk of time that's long enough. Maybe you can strike a bargain with your boss: you'll work an hour longer on another day (maybe on a rest day in this cycling program) in exchange for leaving work an hour earlier today. Give it a try -- you'd be surprised how agreeable employers can be when they realize you want the time to pursue a healthful goal.
