Day 017 - Cycling socks

RIDE FOR 90 MINUTES AT A STEADY RPE OF 6-7: A good pair of cycling socks can greatly improve your comfort during long rides. Look for short socks that come 1-2 inches above the ankle bones. Thin socks don't wrinkle up in your shoe or soak up too much water during rainy rides. Good examples are the cycling socks made by DeFeet and Pearl Izumi.
