Day 011 - Climbing with a group of riders

1-hour ride at RPE 6-7, including several hills at RPE 8        Training via ActiveMail

RIDE FOR ONE HOUR AT RPE 6-7, AND INCLUDE SEVERAL HILLS AT RPE 8: If you're riding with a group and you aren't the fastest climber, start the ascent at the front. Climb at your own pace. Even if many riders pass you on the way up the hill, you'll still be in contact with your group at the top, even though you may be just hanging on. Use the descent to return to the front of the group.
