Day 003 - One long ride a week

RIDE FOR ONE HOUR AT RPE 6-7: Throughout this program you'll do one long ride each week. Most people prefer to do these long rides on weekends when they have more time. Today's ride is the second-longest ride of the week, and, like the long ride, builds endurance. It is ideally done mid-week. Separating the two longer weekly rides like this helps your recovery.
