TODAY, RUN 2 MILES ON FLAT TERRAIN: If you can't run the entire distance yet, try the same thing we suggested 2 days ago: a run/walk. Run 4 minutes, walk 1 minute, and continue until you've covered the 2 miles. it won't be long before you will be able to eliminate the walking.
