Day 049 - Training with a buddy

RIDE FOR THREE HOURS WITH A TRAINING PARTNER AT RPE 7 TO 9: Training with a riding buddy is extremely effective. It's more fun to ride with someone who has similar goals, and you can trade places at the front for a natural interval session. Take turns pulling for one to three minutes each. You'll go hard at the front, then get a bit of rest while drafting. This type of training makes the miles fly by.
