Day 048 - Cold symptoms

RIDE FOR ONE HOUR AT RPE 6: If you've come down with a cold, authorities say it's safe to train if the symptoms are above the neck -- sniffles and runny nose. If your symptoms are below the neck -- achy muscles, congested chest, cough -- then you're better off resting and drinking lots of fluids. Postpone training until the symptoms subside.
