TODAY IS A SPORT-SPECIFIC CROSS TRAINING DAY.

REMINDER: Your on-snow performance will greatly improve when your dryland training is specific to your winter activity. The closer the season, the more specific training sessions should become. If you are a Nordic skier, try roller skiing, if you are an ice climber or mountaineer, go for an outdoor climb.
