IT'S A REST DAY: Seat bags are great for stowing spare tubes and tools but have an annoying habit of swaying under your saddle. If the straps that came with the bag don't hold it securely, try this traditional trick: strap the bag down with an old toe strap looped through the saddle rails. If you don't have an old toe strap (preferably leather) lying around, bike shops often have a whole box of them in the back room.
