45-minute ride at RPE 6-7        Training via ActiveMail

RIDE FOR 45 MINUTES AT RPE 6 TO 7: If your legs are tired from yesterday's hard efforts, just spin easily at RPE 6 and recover today. If you feel good, pick up your intensity slightly to RPE 7 and do another tempo workout like you did two days ago.
