Day 038 - Up to RPE 9!

90-minute ride at RPE 6, including 2 5-minute repeats at RPE 8-9        Training via ActiveMail

RIDE FOR 90 MINUTES AT RPE 6. INCLUDE TWO REPEATS OF FIVE MINUTES EACH AT RPE 8 TO 9: Today you'll push into RPE 9 -- an intensity rated as "very, very hard." At the end of each interval, you should be riding so hard you can't carry on a conversation. Start each five-minute repeat at a brisk pace and gradually build the intensity until the last minute is as hard as you can go. Spin easily for five minutes and repeat.
