TODAY IS A REST DAY.

TRAINING TIP: Physiology first. I use this phrase with all my clients. If you're feeling tired or depressed, you'll feel it in your body, the way you hold yourself, the way you breathe, and the way you think. If you're dragging, stop your drooping! Get your body working right! Exhibit your strength and show no visible signs of weakness--walk precisely the way you'd walk if you were totally unstoppable. Stand tall, shoulders square, and keep your chin up! Remember, a strong, confident body position is the first step toward delivering a strong mind.
