Day 037 - "Tempo" ride

45-minute ride at RPE 6-7        Training via ActiveMail

RIDE FOR 45 MINUTES AT RPE 6 TO 7: Today is a "tempo" ride. Warm up, then pedal briskly at a comfortable RPE of 7. Warm down with five minutes of easy spinning. Tempo rides are great for recovery but are fast enough to maintain and even improve your cardiovascular conditioning.
