Day 017 - Cardio/ Aerobic
WU 10 min. Run 30+ min. @ RPE 7 (easy). CD/Stretch
TODAY IS A CARDIO DAY THAT IS MOSTLY AEROBIC. After yesterday's anaerobic drills, take some time to clear out any muscle fatigue and soreness with a long, easy run on flat terrain.

Run for 30+ minutes on flat terrain, RPE 7.
