Day 036 - Two hard rides a week

IT'S A REST DAY: You're heading into the last three weeks of this training program -- and your schedule will change in an important way. Instead of riding hard three days a week, you'll do these high-intensity sessions only twice. But because both hard rides will be longer and more demanding to stimulate greater improvement, you'll need more easy and rest days so your body can recover and come back stronger.
