Day 025 - Another time trial

RIDE FOR ONE HOUR AT RPE 6 WITH A TEST TIME TRIAL: Remember the diagnostic time trial you did two weeks ago? Return to the same course, warm up in the same way, and repeat the hard effort for exactly the same distance, then compare your times. Don't worry if your time is a bit slower than before. If it's windier, you'll almost always go slower than you would in calm conditions. Also, you probably won't see substantial gains in just two weeks. You're looking for improvement over the course of the entire eight-week program.
