Day 024 - Stand up, move around

RIDE FOR ONE HOUR AT RPE 6 TO 7: If you're having problems with numbness and tenderness in your crotch, remember to stand up frequently and move around on the saddle. Sitting in one position and grinding away for hours at a time is a recipe for discomfort. Here's a tip: set your wristwatch alarm to beep every three minutes. That will be your signal to move from the front to the rear of the saddle or back again or stand up for 30 seconds.
