RIDE FOR ONE HOUR AT RPE 6 TO 7: Tomorrow you'll be riding long and hard, so take it easy today. Recovery rides like this are good opportunities to ride with slower cyclists like family or friends whom you'd normally leave behind. Ride with your spouse, put your child in a bike trailer, cruise the bike path with friends. Your significant others will be more likely to tolerate your cycling habit if you include them on some rides.
