Day 013 - Keep drinking!

RIDE FOR ONE HOUR AT RPE 6: Even though your rides are relatively short in this program, you'll do several of them at an intense pace each week. And that means you'll be sweating profusely. To maintain your performance at high levels, be sure to take several swallows of water or a carbohydrate sports drink every 15 minutes as you ride. Losing as little as 2% of your body weight as sweat can keep you from performing at your best.
