RIDE 45 MINUTES AT RPE 6: This is another easy day so your legs will be fully energized for tomorrow's long one. When you return from today's ride, lay out everything you'll need for tomorrow -- food, bottles or hydration pack, tools, spare tubes and patch kit, money and ID, raingear, and a route map. If you prepare today, you won't overlook something important in the rush to make an early start.
