Day 053 - Go easy today

TODAY, RIDE 1 HOUR AT RPE 6: Your longest ride ever is scheduled in three days so don't go too hard today. If you ride with a group, sit on the back of the paceline and don't do any work at the front. Even if the group is going fairly fast, you can keep up without expending much energy. At speeds of about 20 mph, you'll be working at nearly 20% less intensity at the back of the group compared to the rider in the lead.
