RIDE 1 HOUR AT RPE 6, INCLUDING 4 JAMS AT RPE 9: You should "open it up" a bit today (that is, go a bit faster), including several efforts of a minute or two at the highest intensity level yet. Don't exhaust yourself or "hammer" (go all out) until you're miserable. Instead, gradually increase the speed over a period of about 30 seconds, maintain the pressure for another 30-60 seconds, then ease off. These "wind-ups" are great for putting some life into your legs and giving you some top-end speed for racing back home before that thunderstorm hits.
