Day 044 - Numb or tingly hands?

RIDE 1 HOUR AT RPE 6, INCLUDING 5 JAMS AT RPE 7-8: Now that you're riding longer, you may notice your hands getting numb and tingly. Check your reach to the handlebars as we described yesterday. An incorrect reach can put too much weight on the hands and lead to nerve compression. Also, consider padded cycling gloves and padded handlebar tape. Finally, frequently move your hands to different positions on the handlebars.
