Day 038 - Change your hand positions

RIDE 75 MINUTES AT RPE 6-7: If your hands get numb while you're riding, move them to different positions on the handlebars. On the dropped bars of a road bike, hold the flat tops of the bars near the stem, move to the brake hoods, and then hold the hooks of the bars. Alternating hand locations moves the pressure around, relieving any potential numbness. If you're riding a hybrid or mountain bike with flat bars, you'll have only one basic hand position, but you can get another one by installing bar ends.
