Day 037 - A drill for safer riding
1-hour ride at RPE 6, including 4 harder efforts at 7-8

RIDE 1 HOUR AT RPE 6, INCLUDING 4 HARDER EFFORTS AT RPE 7-8: If you have found a training partner, here's a great drill to make your riding safer: Go to a soft, grassy field and ride slowly at a walking pace, side by side. Move closer to your partner until your shoulders bump. Practice bumping shoulders until you feel comfortable. If you lose your balance, you're going so slowly you can put a foot down before you fall. This is a great drill to raise your comfort level when you're riding in a group.
