Day 025 - Another climbing tip

RIDE 1 HOUR AT RPE 6, INCLUDING 4 x 2 MINUTES AT RPE 7-8: Remember that although most of your ride should be at a steady and moderate intensity of RPE 6, don't forget to vary the pace. Today you should increase the intensity to 7 or 8 about four times for a minute or two each time. Ready for another climbing tip? Great climbers are very lean with lots of power. The lighter the rider in relation to his or her power, the faster he'll climb. As you continue with this program, you'll probably lose weight and your climbing will improve automatically. That's a nice thing to look forward to!
