Day 077 - Peak, Week 11

Run (Key): Level 1-2, 60 minutes; Strength (Key): 30 minutes        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY'S WORKOUT IS A 60-MINUTE (L1-2) RUN FOLLOWED BY A 30-MINUTE STRENGTH SESSION. Run in your favorite area and work on your mental game plan for race day. Go over all possible race scenarios in your mind and come up with solutions for each of them so you are prepared for whatever may happen on race day. Strength today is abs, back, and plenty of time to stretch out your tight spots. You should feel your body beginning to recover from all of those hard hours of training.
