Swim (Key): Level 4, 30 minutes; Bike (Key): Level 3, 60 minutes; Run (Key): Level 3, 15 minutes

TODAY'S WORKOUT IS A SWIM WORKOUT FOLLOWED BY A 60-MINUTE (L3) BIKE, FOLLOWED BY A 15-MINUTE (L3) RUN. Short triple sport workout, an emphasis on speed and snappiness. Take 5-20 minutes between sports. For the swim, warm up 200-500; 2 x 500 best possible time on each, 2 min. rest between each; warm down 200-500.
