Bike (Key): Level 3-4, 60 minutes; Strength (Key): 30 minutes

TODAY'S WORKOUT IS A 60-MINUTE (L3-4) BIKE FOLLOWED BY A 20-MINUTE STRENGTH AND STRETCH. Emphasis of today's spin session is on fast turnover in an easy gear. Remember that we're in a "taper" phase, which means you should take it easy on the strength part of the workout--just abs, back and a good, long stretch.
