TODAY'S WORKOUT IS A 105-MINUTE (L2) RUN FOLLOWED BY A 20-MINUTE STRENGTH AND STRETCH. Rolling hills to flat. Your body should be tired, but you should also feel that a bit of rest will make everything feel beautiful. Enjoy your last long run. Make sure that your race clothing is comfortable and protects you from the sun. Finish with 20 minutes of abs, back and stretching.
