Run (Key): Level 2, 150 minutes; Strength (Key): 30 minutes

TODAY'S WORKOUT IS A 150-MINUTE (L2) RUN FOLLOWED BY A 20-MINUTE STRENGTH AND STRETCHING. Run on a course that is most similar to the one you will be competing on. Carry enough fluids and the same type of fluid you will use during the race. Limit your strength workout to abs, back and stretching.
