Day 062 - Bike Focus, Week 9

Bike (Key): Level 2, 300 minutes        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY'S WORKOUT IS A 300-MINUTE (L2) BIKE. Off you go on a five-hour tour. Pack with you the same type of food you will be ingesting during the event. Choose a course that simulates the one you will be competing on. Choose a riding partner who is your speed or faster and let them know of the importance of this ride. Make sure you take care of yourself well for the long run tomorrow.
