Day 059 - Bike Focus, Week 9

TODAY'S WORKOUT IS A 180-MINUTE (L3) BIKE. Flat-holding a steady pace for the three hours. Make sure you are spending a good deal of the ride down in the aero position, to allow for muscle adaptation.
