TODAY'S WORKOUT IS A 60-MINUTE (L3) RUN FOLLOWED BY A 60-MINUTE (L2) BIKE. Run first so most of your energy goes into the run, then spend your left over energy on the spin. The bike is designed to be a high spin workout.
