Run (Key): Level 3, 50 minutes; Bike (Key): Level 2, 60 minutes

TODAY'S WORKOUT IS A 50-MINUTE (L3) RUN FOLLOWED BY A 60-MINUTE (L2) BIKE. Run first so most of your energy goes into the run, then spend your left-over energy on the spin. The opposite of what you have done in the past six weeks.
