Day 044 - Run Focus, Week 7

Run (Key): Level 2, 80 minutes        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY'S WORKOUT IS AN 80-MINUTE (L2) RUN. Hill Fartleks using 10 x 1 minute efforts where you achieve your 5K race pace at any point within the run, with as much or as little rest as you want. This is the beginning of two weeks of solid running. Be certain that your shoes are in excellent shape, so your legs do not absorb all the shock.
