Swim (Key): Level 3, 5000 meters straight; Bike (Key): Level 2, 150 minutes

TODAY'S WORKOUT IS A DISTANCE SWIM FOLLOWED BY A 150-MINUTE (L2) BIKE. A straight overdistance swim is just the thing to increase your self-confidence and finish off a swim focus two weeks. Do a 5,000-yard (4,500-meter) straight swim at level 3 intensity. Ride course #2 with some additional minutes.
