Day 038 - Swim Focus, Week 6
Swim (Key): Level 4, 75 minutes; Strength (Key): 15 minutes

TODAY'S WORKOUT IS A SPRINT SWIM (L4) WORKOUT FOLLOWED BY A 15-MINUTE STRENGTH SESSION. First Level 4 workout. This should feel like race pace and above. The repeats are meant to be short (50-150) with moderate amounts of rest. Warm up 400-1000. Main set: 5 x [200 (easy), 100 (moderate), 50 (100%)]. 1 minute rest between each swim. Warm down 400-1000.
