TODAY'S WORKOUT IS A MIDDLE-DISTANCE SWIM. Warm up 400-1000. Main set: 6 x [300 (moderate) followed by 100 (moderate/hard)]. Keep all 300s steady while improving 100 with each round. Rest 20 seconds after each swim. Warm down 400-1000. Try to add bursts of extra effort the last 50 of all swims today. A way to test your strength and endurance.
